Depends on context and who you're talking to, but in general it would be "what".

They're both grammatically correct.

If the underlying assumption behind the question is that I have no idea what movies you were considering, then "what" makes the most sense.

As indicated above, if your old lady wanted to see the chick flick and you wanted to see the sequel to that Mongolian historical porn drama, "which" would make the most sense.
