I've had huge stuff shipped thru them before. The reason I filed a claim is because you didn't give me a refund after I asked you, and you weren't so adamant on letting me know anything about the situation as I waited around in the dark.

??? I answered every text and call you sent me? What the hell are you talking about keeping you in the dark? And you never asked for a refund until after you opened a case. You're a drama queen bro. Go get a tampon. You got a refund 12 days after you payed. 2 days after you opened a case. And an hour after I got off work. Not to mention I told you id do it after I got off work, which I did. Remove your bullshit comment.

And yes I've shipped a hood through them before. They told me they used to ship stuff that big but can't anymore. Bumpers and fenders but usually hoods are too big. Google it. They've gotten strict about it.

Paid Aug 16, heard NOTHING from you for 6 days. You said it would be shipped by around the 19th. Then you said it would be shipped out on the 23rd before noon, it didn't. Then you said I would have an update from you the 25th by 3:30 pm because you had to go wait at some station. You never updated me. Then you told me to text you on the 26th. I did that and didn't hear from you until the 29th, and you refunded me this morning early AM. Call me whatever, but I don't have time for all this. If you had researched the shipping process and informed the buyers from the start we would have never gone through this.

That's exactly how it went. You forgot to mention the text and calls. But cool. I updated you the whole way. I said I'd update you buy 3:30. Got called into work so I updated you that night. You're a drama queen man. Anyone that gets updates and a full refund 12 days after paying shouldn't say the sellers a scammer. Go **** yourself.

And let's not forget you accusing me of trying to steal your money and you having the attitude of a teenage girl. That really doesn't make me want to speed up the process when you're accusing me of stealing your money less than 10 days after the purchase. Shipping a hood isn't easy (especially when you dont drive a truck and I hadn't run into a size problem with greyhound before. No way I could have foreseen the issues. But again you got your full refund with no questions asked so I'm still not sure what you're crying about

Try reading the story. This guy did the same thing you did. Accused me of stealing his money before even asking for a return. PS He got his money 100% back.

then maybe YOU should take Note.

do what you say your going to do and avoid ever being accused of anything wrong again.

you know very well its been 24 days since i have heard from you but we can move this to email, phone call, text, pm where ever you want.

i should not have to chase you or ask you for anything. i did not want to threadjack you but that seemed to be the only way to get your attention and it worked!

chase me down? You havent contacted me in 24 days. You dont have a consistant phone number. Why would i give you every type of contact info i have if i were a thief? Ask for your money and give me a chance to give it back before you go throwing accusations around.

Greg,

its sunday afternoon for me and i just got my refund from you

thank you

good luck with your life in any case

and for the record, i did not call you a theif. i simply said you could not be trusted. Now i know that you were simply overwhelmed and didnt think to communicate your unfortunate circumstances with me unknowing that i was too affected adversely.

lesson learned
