....and I have fickle rotator cuffs as well. FML!
Do you ever really recover from a bad rotator cuff?

you can rehab it or have ortho depending on the severity of the tear. sometimes they just go in and buff it.

365 front squat?

Fifteen pounds is a large difference and
Under normal circumstances I would say this
Certainly is too wide of a window but I'm sure you'll
Kick the weight's butt
Though I wouldn't suggest going that
Heavy
All the
Time.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

I've done 245 for a set of like six. I couldn't do that today...maybe 185 for reps.

Man I gotta fit my legs in suits these days. I do quads like once a month now. I still do hams/glutes more often for the ladies.

Yeah. My pr is 336. I'm shooting for 350 by the end of the year realistically.

Haha! I understand your position. Trying to keep my quads from tearing up uniform pants and slacks is a serious ordeal. LOL! Yet....I still keep at it at the expense of my wallet. I'm hoping to be able to front squat 245 in a couple of weeks. My PR - achieved today - was 225 lbs.....two sets, five reps each.

Yeah dude. Slacks are brutal for me to fit in. They just hug my legs.

And baseball pants -___-

if i wear clemson cut pants (pants down) they either hug my thighs and are big at the bottom, or they fit my thighs and are huge at the bottom. its frustrating.
