Even when they made the 2nd trilogy, you knew it wasn't going to compare to the originals. Nothing will, of course. But, why not watch whatever they come up with? Whatever they make isn't supposed to be as good as the first 3 films. And, making new films doesn't make the old ones bad.
It's weird that ppl get so butt hurt about new Star Wars movies, as if they're rewriting the Bible or something. Simma down. If you're that offended, don't watch.

I dunno: if there's anyone that knows how to protect a franchise/intellectual property, it's Disney. I will be interested to see how they exploit the Star Wars universe for fun and profit.

Let me ask you guys? Did you like what movies marvel pumped out recently? They're owned by Disney. Give them a chance, odds are these movies will be better than episodes 1-3
