Tire RUBBING! What is solution ?

I upgraded to 18" e46 m3 rims on my 00 328i and it had credit card clearance in rear. I rolled the fenders and it helped a little but still runs on every little bump and every slight incline. Do I need stiff coil overs? I have stock suspension so I'm wondering how to gain about an inch? Thank you please help.

I really like the tires I have. Is there anything else?

It doesn't rub in the wheel well it rubs just on the outside lip of the fender. Can I get adjustable coil overs?

Put wheels and tires that are designed to fit your car. What most people do if they want M3 wheels is to buy 4 front wheels not 2 front and 2 back. I would return the rears for fronts if you can
