Your SP drive shaft could still be a major source of your vibration. Switch to more forgiving motor mounts and go from there. You may be getting vibration from more than one source. You have a lot of new components, some custom. You may have to do a trial of elimination like re installing your OEM drive shaft.
Get several pros to give their opinion. Not saying even they will be able to tell for sure. be persistent and doggedly track it down. Let us know. I have heard of major NVH coming from unforgiving transmission mounts too. so, you have a lot to consider unfortunately. I would start with motor mounts and the drive shaft unless some one insists on another route. I am glad I retained my OEM drive shaft. Its the diff brace that is really important....as per Marcus's personal experiences. Thanks for that info Marcus!

I'll probably hold on to it for the time being. Need to make sure I have no issues with my billet cover holding up.
