Here you go ^
You just follow these instructions it's pretty simple probably only trouble you might have is the taking apart the headlights and even then it's pretty simple just follow directions

Step by step instructions are available at uminitza.com. Fairly simple, pop the lenses off,clip the rings too the headlight housing, run power/ground lead and yellow wire to interior lights if you desire them to fade for lock/unlock.

The only reason why I second guessed myself was because he pulled out the receipt where it showed that they were 4300k but even then I knew they were still 6k.. Just by looking at the color.. Unfortunately I'm not too knowledgable with what will fit... I do remember when I bought them it did list several different models under fitment if I remember correctly.
