I would have done both myself if I hadn't bought the car 48 hours before
![]() As it was they said they'd pay for the alternator and then when the shop looked at it they found the leak. Would have made no sense to not have them fix the gasket when the alternator was already off the car.

Ha, I test drove that car about a month ago. Ended up buying an M3 from a dealer in Wisconsin that had a bad alernator. You might want to keep an eye on that small rust spot on the RR fender.

Same here. Picked it up in Milwaukee but only made as far as Kenosha and had to stick around for two days to get it fixed.
