that fell off my car a long time ago. i was driving away from school and it was dragging on the pavement. i pulled over and ripped it off

edit: so did the dust cover on my drivers side front wheel. the most random **** on my car falls off

Probably a hose if you suddenly leaked a bunch of fluid, and the pump probably went kaput if you were driving without fluid in the pump.
