I sincerely doubt the owner put any of that on there in an effort to make the car "cool". To me that looks like a lot of joke stuff, made you guys laugh... I like the ADT sticker for a beater, that's a win right there.

If I were to buy a beater, it would almost definitely be an Eclipse with a massive fartcan and stupid stickers all over it.

But instead of fart can it had a cone filter, came with the car. Did nothing but made noise.
