Performance fan clutch from AA, performance thermostat, catch can. The catch can does not have to be one of the high end really expensive models. Do NOT buy one from AA. They installed a 35 dollar chinese one that leaked from 3 spots and charged me about 300 for it plus 200 to install it! DIY. Get a middle of the road model.

And I second the the new RTABS and diff mounts. Use AKG RTABS.. the red ones.
And a better traffic ticket lawyer.

The Fedex man came yesterday! I must say Active has a great quality control process. My ECU should be arriving today I think. I spoke with Viral the other day for programming, very professional and a stand up guy.

Last night I started pulling the car apart. I removed all of the carbon fiber pieces and put them away in a safe place. After that I dug into the CCV removal process. What a job to get that thing out.

After that I decide to tackle the fuel injectors. The new ones are rather large, Active sent spacers with them because the fuel rail sits about a half inch higher now.

Tonight I will tackle installing the new CCV and spark plugs at a minimum.

I only took two pictures last night. More will be taken during the actual install.

For Starting purposes. Non SAE adjusted HP

OP, can you explain your Dyno graph, I too dyno on a DynoDynamics, but I never see those large drops.

Oh that was the guy doing the dyno ripping through the gears.

OP, what if any mods were on your Bimmer at the time of that last graph ?

Well everything was going good until I snapped the bolt holding the belt tensioner to the oil filter housing. Luckily Tischer had them instock, but I had to pay retail counter fees.

Just about done minus the oil cooler. Hope to have it up and running tomorrow.
