google chrome experts
i've been trying to figure this out all morning,
when i click an email link in chrome nothing happens i use yahoo email so i would assume the link should be opened by chrome in a separate window being my email page, but what type of extension is an email link? i don't recall having to set the association on my old comp,but this is wind 7 net links work fine

I was having trouble opening chrome yesterday too. i would click it would open a window quick then 2 secs later it would disappear.

yeah i found that, but it seems to be set according to what they are saying
when i click manage handlers the box is empty, there is no drop down menu like they are claiming

chrome is all that is listed for me in the mailto association
the handlers box in chrome is empty, there is no mailto option there is no use gmail on my gmail web page lol

Not sure what yahoo's handler is... but example to add handler.
" - Make sure you are logged in to Gmail and the active window is your main Gmail page (or nothing will happen). - Copy/paste this into the address bar: javascript***********:navigator.registerProtocolHandler("mailto","https://mail.google.com/mail/?extsrc=mailto&url=%s","Gmail") - Add the javascript***********: to the front again if needed, because when you pasted it, Chrome probably trimmed everything before and including the colon. Then hit enter. "
