Need some help guys the gf thinks I jerk off too much. (imessage pic's included)

Ok, me and my gf have been together for over three years. She is 35 and I am 38. We have been having some troubles lately. We started to go to couples therapy. (covered by her insurance) During our last session some how I ended up saying that I jerk off three times a week. Our therapist said that's normal and everything seemed fine. Well after we leave the session I was on my to work and 10 minutes into my drive I get these text. You might think this is funny but these are the actual messages.















To clarify a few things she found a dick pic in my phone about 8 months ago when she was going through my ****. I'm not sure why I took it. Guess to see if the picture made it gain weight. I'm probably below average size wise. Sure would not be sending it to try to impress anyone. I have been faithful our entire relationship. Which is a first for me.
So is three times a week too much for a guy in a LTR?
