my 325i misfire
hello! I m writing this to see if anyone has a an idea what could be the problem in my case!
I bought this 2002 e46 325i with 26000km 5 spd couple of weeks for cheap, it had cylinder 6 valve.bent, so a did all the work that it needed , changed the valve and.the head along, it starts and runs but still has a misfire I. cylinder 6 . I checked and replace lots of.things so far that are related to misfire! Nothing helps, so my problem now is looks like I have to much fuel going in to cyl6 and then cut off the fuel with code 1353 cyl6 fuel cutoff! now my question ia, why I have to much fuel going only in one cylindee? did change my injector and.fuel rail and fuel filter and everyrhing else, intake , disa ccv, boots , o2s, maf, smoke test, coils, plugs, .... pls if anyone has an idea!! Sent from my SGH-I727R using Bimmer App |

Bent valve why? How dod the valve get bent. It is possible that the piston rod is bent or compressed. Causing the cylinder to have low conpression. Have you conpression/leak tested cylinders?

Same thought here. If valve hit top of piston, then must be something from the crank to the top of the piston. Cracked piston, bent rod, ect. If everything else is fixed correctly. My .02. Also suggest compression test.
