I drove one. I was very disappointed with the motor and very impressed by the chassis.

A note for others. 6' 5" is right about the size limit if you want to own one.

Saw a white one today and a blue one last night.

I drove a BRZ a few weeks ago and I just couldn't get past the power (or lack thereof).

Rumors are that Subaru is working on a 2.0L Turbo variant, but that'll probably push the base price close to $30K!

I love my '06 ZCP, but I am divorcing and planning on being out and about most nights. The difference between my M3 and the BRZ Premium loaded is $604 a month. Maintenance is much different and I drive 1800 miles a month on average over the past 11 months I owned my M3.

I am almost dinging 6 figures a year, but also I am 41 so savings is important.

$600 a month / $7200 year is a bit of scratch.

My 40k maintenance was $4400 and I am looking at $750 for two new rear PSS's installed in the next 5k miles and another oil change at about $200.
