I dig the looks of the BRZ. It's slick without looking ricey

My Ride: Whiiiite BMW!
I drove one. I was very disappointed with the motor and very impressed by the chassis.

A note for others. 6' 5" is right about the size limit if you want to own one.

What, that I knew it was a hot car, had some teeny boppers revving at me, took the bait, and was surprised by the outcome?

THAT LOGIC MAKES LIKE NO SENSE MAN. NO SENSE AT ALL.

The fact you got baited by some teenagers to race, makes you no smarter than them.

Then coming on to E46 to boast about beating a 200 hp car is even more quizzical.

Saw a white one today and a blue one last night.

They're good looking cars. It'll be awesome when they start getting boosted.

My Ride: 2011 Subaru WRX
I drove a BRZ a few weeks ago and I just couldn't get past the power (or lack thereof).

Rumors are that Subaru is working on a 2.0L Turbo variant, but that'll probably push the base price close to $30K!

Thanks but no thanks, I'll stick with my WRX..

My Ride: 06 TiAg M3 ZCP 6M
I love my '06 ZCP, but I am divorcing and planning on being out and about most nights. The difference between my M3 and the BRZ Premium loaded is $604 a month. Maintenance is much different and I drive 1800 miles a month on average over the past 11 months I owned my M3.

I am almost dinging 6 figures a year, but also I am 41 so savings is important.

$600 a month / $7200 year is a bit of scratch.

My 40k maintenance was $4400 and I am looking at $750 for two new rear PSS's installed in the next 5k miles and another oil change at about $200.

"LSx is overplayed."
"Why would you do that?"
"That's stupid."
"And so forth."

PFFFFFT.

If I could afford it, I'd do it.
