Hopefully all this 1080p business will light a fire under Samsung's feet and get them moving faster on finding a more efficient organic LED for their amoled screens. Pentile is looking more dated by the day.

In my view, with 64gb, who needs removable storage?

Yup, the S3's screen is not up to snuff. Look at the test with the DNA, One X and iPhone 5. Especially the text rendering shot.

The One-X+ is easily my favorite (as an iPhone user) Android Phone.

Removable storage can get you the same, or more storage for less money.

Pay for a 16gb phone, buy a 64gb micro sd for ~$64. Or, pay for a 64gb phone, buy a 64gb sd, and have 128 total. On most devices, the upgrade from one storage level to the next is $100 alone, and that's only for an additional 16 or 32.

@ the Droid DNA text, it pretty much just looks like some ink on paper. That's ridiculously crisp.

No company should be charging $100 for the bump anymore, but Apple is definitely to blame for that (if anyone).

Isn't the One X+ 64gb for $199?

With tax and upgrade fee of like 50 bucks it will almost easily hit 400 and that is a lot of money for a phone.

You're telling me!

I paid close to $450 with Crazy Louisiana/New Orleans tax (9%) for my 64gb 5.

It is, and it's a damn better deal than a $400 64gb iphone

The 64gb 4S is still $299 on contract

Eh, I stand by my decision.

Both phones are very nice though!

I ended up getting a used One X (non-plus) but it appears they're sort of tricky to unlock the bootloader... I want Jelly Bean...

Y'know, you should just stop at some point.

The One X is a very nice phone. I'd just appreciate it for what it is, and spend your time doing other things.

I don't think I've reached that point yet, but yes, other things have priority for now.

Are they still doing that thing where you create an account and request an unlock code be sent to your email?

Yes, but it hasn't been working today. Every time I log in, it redirects me back to find I've been logged out.
