Dont side pipes have a sort of scavenging affect at speed? There is a similiar design/idea to the crankcase vent on my deuce, it is routed down by the oil pan so that at speed, the air flowing by helps scavenge.

So by running the exhaust above the underside of the car not only flattens out the bottom of the car allowing air to move more smoothly but also reduces the amount of pressure creating negative lift. Not sure if there would be a low pressure area at the point of the exhaust exiting the body but if there were then it would certainly help scavenging by accelerating the exhaust flow.
Ferrari shows the fact that exiting the exhaut over the rear diffuser works.

idk yet. That Motorsports program was a graduate level thing and its apparently very competitive to get in. Surprise surprise.

Good public school located in Oxford, Ohio. (tiny college town) Which is in the Miami Valley, hence the name. They have a really good business school. (my backup) Its pretty preppy and social life revolves around the fraternities. The likelihood that I'll go there is pretty low. Consider it a safety.
