just my opinion..
Alot of the support mods you mentioned can be caught during the typical maintenance schedule you can just add a little extra for the additional strength of higher components on top of the stock replacement prices, although there are other issues/arguments that may come in to play when considering boosting.

From my experience the AA kit sounds very similar to the ESS in terms of how it pulls at various revs. The physical sound is much different though, as well as the aesthetic between the two.

M3 no doubt about it. supercharging is throwing $$ down the drain when it comes to resale .wont handle or stop as well either, or look as good.......................M3, its a no brainer
