This was done last week and we're doing a bit of upgrading this spring.
UPDATE: I removed the #D air vents and replaced them with #C vents. #C vents are used on radiators that are the farthest away from the boiler and the coldest rooms. I installed these on all the living room and bedroom radiators on the 5th (top) floor. 4/5 apartments told me that it was very comfortable now
