Quick an easy 325ci Brake pad question???

I have an 02 325ci that it's only job in life is my work/delivery car. I put on about 600 "delivery" miles per week on the car. I wear down brake pads very quickly. I currently am running oem stock pads and rotors.

All day, every day I speed up very quickly and jump on the brakes over and over for 12 hours at a time.............."BUT" never at high speeds maybe 40mph maximum.

What I am search for in a brake pad is this:
*Hardcore, aggressive, firm, strong, initial brake grab at very low speeds with minimal brake pedal pressure (I hate having to stand on my brake pedal)

*the less brake dust the better. (brake dust is NOT a huge deal for me) initial brake pad bite is.

*Quite, noise free operation. No cold squeaks or squeals

I was leaning towards EBC Red Stuff but do they have EXCELLENT initial bite without much pedal pressure??? I'm not sure.

I'm very happy with my PFC Z compounds. They dust very little and together with stainless lines and Motul fluid bite very nice. It's been about 2 years or more as well and the pads themselves are in great shape and last time I checked looked to have about 75% life left. Occasionally I get a tiny squeak here and there, but it comes and goes depending on what streaks I hit in the pads and how I drive.

Any ceramic should dust less, look into the Akebono's since they seem to have good reviews and are pretty affordable. It's all up to your preference.
