I bet it had low coolant I doubt that angel eye wiring could cause this much fire most likely it was zero maintenance

Ouch! This guy showed up to pick up a car yesterday outside of my house, with a real m3 on it

Cheap angel eyes that are poorly wired erupt into flames frequently, not always on E46's but I hear of it happening at least once a year.

And as I said before, it was smitten from the Earth, and your damn right I'm "hating" on it, I'm also hating on your CF hood that's lacking a roundel Jesse, what gives?

My bet goes to crappy angel eyes with crappy installation (heatshrink is luxury for the electricians, good old PVC tape).

Typical E46 over here: Import from UK with 80xxx miles, unknown history, 90% 318ci, M6 replica wheels either 4x4 or scrapping the road style, misaligned quad exhaust, M3 side grills, E36 replica mirrors often not aligned looking like a wierdo, CFFL angel eyes from madeinchina.com to complete visuals. HIDs in halogens for the extremes

This is the 2nd E46 that I see on the side of the road this month (doing 600 miles/week). Previous one was with blown tire and M6 replica wheels which literally destroyed the rear quarter panel of the car (looked as if there was an explosion)
