Codes troubleshooting

So i have a 2001 325i 130k miles, new tranny and clutch $$$$ ive got the codes p0014,p0015,p1413. ive been reading alot on these codes and people say they had luck with just the 20amp fuse under the hood or just replacing the vanos seals or maybe its just the intake side camshaft position sensor. i bought this car not too long ago and am working on getting it up to date, im thinking i should start with the vanos seals and see if that fixes it, i need to get it inspected. It probably needs new spark plugs too. It has a rough idle at startup sometimes, occasionally rough when waiting at a red light. What do yall think? I'm thinking vanos seals first and go from there...

Hey meltic....what did you end up doing with this? I have an intake camshaft sensor fault code after I've done the CCV Replacement...I had a lot of stuff apart and maybe I bumped or messed something up or it just needs replacing perhaps...

I haven't fixed it yet, I've been doing miscellaneous things, but I am going to change the camshaft position sensor this week and see what happens. I would have changed it sooner but nobody seems to help much when I ask a question.
