Parts questions

ok you guys so recently I went off the track and banged up my car a bit... in short i need a new front bumper, rear bumper, control arms, and bushings, Tie rods. Here are a few questions...

So front i want an M3 styled bumper like the one I had before so i think i am going to get this... http://www.ebay.com/itm/98-04-BMW-E4...4d54dc&vxp=mtr mainly because it has a lip looking thing on it already and last time I had a hard time trying to make a replica bumper fit an M3 Lip

what would you guys suggest for the rear bumper???

Control arms I am doing myele HD

The bushings, i want to do the entire car, it used to be that you can buy powerflex kit for the entire car but i can't seem to find any... any body know what happened there???

As far as tie Rods, is Myele better quality then Leamfrog?
