I know I find it so hard to believe that the different size wheels would do this but who knows

So i figured out today if I take off the traction control it stops doing it. So like Dreamwerke said it has to do with the different size in wheels front to back. Traction control is trying to make up for the diference

That's good to know, because I still haven't gotten new tires or a full set of 1 size to keep on

Tires in the back are tall 255/40/19
Front is 225/45/17 |

And this issue doesn't happen once you turn the DSC off correct?
Absolutely 100% it's the mismatched wheel size(s). The car's stability control/traction control is confused by the difference in size from front to rear. If I can ask, why are you running 17's in the front?

That's correct
I got a flat on my 19 in the front, and I only had 2 winter tires on my winter wheels, so I put them on and I'm in process of getting two more winter tires for my other pair of 17s So for now I have a ghetto setup lol |

I ran 235/40/19 front and 265/35/19 rear and had no issues - the aspect ratio does seem to be a bit high on the rear tires (aside from the obvious 17" wheel issue up front).
