I held a 53lb KB in one hand and a 70lb KB and just stepped up onto my 24: plyobox. Pretty tough. Did 6 took a break and then banged out the last 4.

Hmmm.. Maybe weighted back extentions on your roman chair and situps. 20 of each or something....

Do burpee's next to a pull up bar, when you jump hang onto the bar and do a pull up. 7 reps x 3 sets

I did burpee pull ups the week before last I think it was. They are good but my pull up bar is a little low to get the full benefit out of these.

4:01. Damn. Wanted sub 4:00 so bad.

Going to play 90 minutes of hockey in a few. I'm spent.

I'd say anything goes but just make it so there's no weird equipment required.

You'll see ten reps in

did something like this back in high school in a club

100 yards of burpees
100 yards weighted run (70lb)
100 glute-ham situps
100 air squats
100 wide pull ups

had to finish everything under 20 mins. But we were able to bounce from each workout as long as we finished everything. i think i got 13-14 mins. hardest conditioning i had ever done besides a burpee lap around the track
