E46 won't Start

Hi I'm new to this site guys and need help. My 2001 E46 refused to start 2 weeks ago all ignition lights come on but it won't crank. After trying about 200 times to start it finally it started when I turned it off it would not crank again. So I had the starter replaced and it still won't crank. I then bought a new battery but it made no difference. Then I replaced the ignition switch still no crank. All the ignition lights come on but no crank. Central locking works fine.

If somebody could help me It would mean so much. As my car will not start for over 2 weeks.

I would say you have an issue with the EWS. The EWS is basically the coded protection built into the car. All the keys with your vehicle are coded to EWS in your vehicle. You may have to recode the key for the car to start properly. Do you have another key you can use to start the car?

Re-read OP. Looks like you have a no crank issue, usually that isn't the EWS. Check the grounding strap that attaches from the motor to the unibody. That may be rusted or corroded causing this issue.
