My Ride: E46 M3 Manual
I weigh 163lbs, bench 175lbs x 6 with bb. I usually like to do dumbbells not bb for my workouts. Seem harder and isolates chest more than bb.

I honestly can't remember the last time I barbell benched. I do db's. highest rep weight is 130 lb db's on flat, 120 lb on incline, 95 lb military.

Do you guys always have someone to spot you while doing 245+ ?

I do mostly db press. 90lb each, I'm too paranoid about the barbell falling on me if I can't push it... it happened once during my early stages, been paranoid ever since unless I have someone to spot me

I don't use a spot unless it's over 315 lbs., which I can push without issue. It's all relative though. 245 lbs. is easy for me.......not so much for others.
