My Ride: '00 328i
Feeler: 2000 328i 5 speed manual silver/black

I'm sorta considering selling my car. i'm really in love with it but i'm thinking about upgrading to an m3. i'm not totally sold but if i found an m3 that screamed to me and had an offer on my car at the same time i'd go for it.

the price i'm asking is $12,000 with csl wheel and new tires and winter wheels with winter tires. $11,000 with original style 44 wheels and bridgestone r760 tires.
if you're interested make me an offer. the worst i can say is no.
based on other similar cars in my area that's the price i come up with. this is also based on what has been done to the car and how well it is taken care of.
NOTHING is half assed on this car. everything is taken care of when it needs taken care of and everything is replaced with original or better parts. i always fill up with 93 octane at the pump i never over ride oil changes they are on time. i give this car the best and it shows. it is daily driven along side my e30
There's a reason other cars are $6k or less. This car is not one of those. Please don't lowball me.

my car gets great fuel economy. on average i get 22 city/33 highway. this is not a random figure. i regularly get these figures. i have gotten 34 mpg average on a 600 mile trip.

i have most, if not all records from when this car was new. i've owned it since august of '09 and i am the second owner.
i have original manuals as well.
All tools are in trunk including original jack and wheel chock
This car does not, and never has bad subframe damage. It was inspected by bmw under the class action suit and has been inspected by me since then. It may or may not have bad foam injected at some point. I'm not sure there are no records for it. But it has made it 105 k miles with ZERO subframe damage.

**i have no problem with a PPI. If you are far away I will arrange to have one done. It will be on your dime and I will take it any place you prefer or I can recommend a shop**
I have no problems traveling within reason to deliver the car or meet you. Extended trips (like 1000 miles away) are doable but will come at a fee. Please contact me as I have no problem with out of state buyers. In fact I personally love traveling to buy cars. Haha

Lets be honest:
i believe in full disclosure. this car is 13 years old and it's not perfect.
there are a few scratches in the paint. you will have a hard time finding them. they're minor and there aren't any major ones.
there is minor rust. i have thought about getting it taken care of, and if i keep the car i will. it is something to note as there are a few places where it is. the most prominent is on the hood which you can see in the pictures. some on the fenders and some on the rear.
there is a very minor oil leak in the oil pan gasket. it's so minor that if i didn't tell you, you probably wouldn't know. it does not drip oil ever. and it does not loose oil. my car DOES NOT burn oil or loose any oil between oil changes.
the rear diff seeps oil. i think this is a normal thing but once again, you probably wouldn't know if i didn't tell you. it doesn't loose a measurable amount of oil and does not drip.
There's some burnt orange on the drivers mirror. This seems to be very common. I think over time the heated mirrors do this.
The sunroof clips are slightly broken. Slightly meaning, the shade will retract as it should when you operate the glass but if you're not careful when retracting the shade with your hand, it will come off the tracks. It's not a huge deal and can be dealt with but it is something to note.
There is a light on my dash. It's the brake pad wear sensor light. One of the sensors broke when I was messing with it. This is a $5 fix and will probably be resolved before any viewing.

i feel like there's more but i can't think of it off the top of my head. i'll add stuff as i think about it. if you have question please PM me or post here. i don't care about your negative opinions on my car or my price. if the price is wrong i won't sell it. if it is i will.

Clean car, it shows its been maintained well.

Realistically though.. you'll never get $12000.

wow lol. i usually don't flame in situations like this because it's classless, but expecting 11 or 12k for this car is straight laughable. i would pay half that, max.

Damn thats a little far I'd say. This is an excellent example of a tastefully modified, yet well maintained e46. So what the price is a little high? Good luck selling it

Very clean e46. Price is way too high imho. I think 8k TOPS is a realistic price. Its hard to accept, but thats life. I already know I wont get crap for my car if I sell it lol

good luck finding a car with ALL maintenance records and as clean as this on for even close to $6k. You won't find one.
I priced it as I did because I don't really care to sell it. I'm just putting it out there.

Tail lights are smoked eagle eyes. I like them. Have had them for 2 years.

What's funny is I sold a zhp for 14,900 financed for 2 years he's total price came to be almost 16,900

No records no nothing

The guy said he had an e46 in need for speed and said he always wanted one so there you go.

Not to mention I've been offered 10k plus cash for my e46 but I refuse to sell it

You can mow my lawn for a year as well. Then well call it even.
Better act now before my local police department catches you for practically stealing my car away with a bargain deal like that.

the major problem I'm seeing is the age.. People don't draw from the fact the car is the quintessentially identical thing as any other e46. I do think that 12 could be a bit optimistic based on your location, 105k miles isn't HIGH, but isn't LOW either.. Around these parts though prices for e46 are higher then that for less car. Depends on your region.
