The UUC TS3E exhaust is sold

ECIS Cold Air Intake by Rogue Engineering is the perfect compliment for the exhaust. Easy bolt on for freer breathing. It also sounds great. It comes with a reusable K&N air filter. It costs $299 plus shipping new, but I will sell for $200.

I am in MA but will ship at buyers expense.

I think this does fit the 330Xi but you should verify through the UUC website forst. This came off my 330Ci RWD car.

The CAI fits all 330 series cars from 01-05 so I guess the question is, do you have the same airbox as a 330 car?

No, the pipes have a different routing under the car to clear the transfer case.
