TSW wheels setup on 99 323i 4dr

Happy thanks giving to you and your families fellow fanatics, I have these wheels that my friend had found in ahouse he purchased , all I know that they are 5 lug with 235/40/18 setup. My question is. Would they fit my 4dr 323i, is there a way to measure the offsets? Can I put some new tires on them with different size and get rolling, Would any one be able to tell me if they are good wheels or not. I would appreciate your advises/comments.

As far as the offsets, lay them face down and put a straight edge on the wheel lip across the center and use a tape measure to measure the distance from the ruler to the back of the center hub. Once you get that backspacing measurement in inches, you can figure out the offset in mm. by using the width of the rim in inches, converting that to mm., divide by .5, and then convert to mm., and deduct the backspacing measurement.

Mounting the wheels sounds a lot easier than the measuring way provided, thanks for advise though.
