Can't get the belt back onto the pulley. When I took it off the bolts holding the pulley on were half backed out (by themselves) and I just took em out and let the pulley fly. Looks like I need to get the fan off so that I can get to the tensioner. I'm either towing it to a shop tomorrow, or taking the day off of work to do it myself.

I price on length but if there's a significant amount of research involved it goes up. I can usually do it overnight regardless as long as I have nothing waiting for work. If you provide me a decent set of notes and an outline as to generally what you thought you wanted to say, thesis wise, can keep it there for anything under 15.

For anyone who has taken their fan off, is the tension on the nut because of the belt? aka, I found a wrench that MAY work, but just slipping it on there it eemed to just pin the nut since there was no tension on the belt.

Yes, you will need a pulley holder if you don't have the belt on, or if your fan clutch nut is partially seized.

And you get paid about 25k a year and there's no career path really. Journalism is a labor of love.
