It is up to you the buyer to decide wether or not a part will fit your car. Not another forum member. If the product is what is described then you can't complain.

I understand that but to guarantee somthing that is not true just to make a sale is not being a honest seller. Not everyone on here know every part thats interchangable and rely in honest sellers to not lie just to sell a item . Its not a big deal just disapointed that i went through the trouble

It could've been an honest mistake. Maybe he didn't know that thy didn't fit and just assumed they did because a lot if other stuff is. I mean you did call him an asshole so you are pretty mad. They're koni's man just put them back up for sale on eBay or Craigslist or something. I'm sure you can get your money back.

First of all as the buyer your responsible for knowing what fits your car or not. I did everything right on my part and sold you a perfectly good suspension that was exactly as described and shown in the pictures.

There's plenty of threads on here that show that an M3 suspension will fit a 330ci as long as you use the whole M3 suspension including: top hats, shocks, and struts/shocks.

If you had a issue with it there's plenty of ways to contact me eg: call, text, pm instead of ranting on this thread making it seem like im a bad seller when thats really not the case...
