I'm sure someone has posted this before, but I'll post it anyway. its a "crossfit" workout that is really simple, and all you need is a pull up bar
run a mile 100 pull ups 200 push ups 300 body squats run a mile I'm destroyed. When i ran that mile at the end, I nearly threw up. I broke it up too, so I did 10 pulls up, then 20 pushups then 30 squats, rinse/repeat. Best time was 51:22 |

I get a double wrapped steak burrito with corn, cheese, lettuce, and SC. I don't eat there often at all, maybe twice a year.

solly not sure if you still use it, but I tried to add you on myfitnesspal (dabears318). If you need any ideas for food check mine out... I regularly get 1000-1400 calories in single, delicious & healthy meals (but you'd have to cook them)

Cool... I keep telling myself that I can stop using it and I'll be able to guesstimate... so far I keep coming back after I realize I can't. I'm very skilled at eating to maintenance it seems

My stomach was so stretched out at that point. I was eating like 5000 cals a day and put on 20ish lbs that month. Never again. Haha

New workout shoes. 32 out the door at the reebok outlet. Real flex ones. Regularly 90. On sale for 49. Extra 40% coupon from my email. Can't beat that. Really light and pretty comfortable.
