Sears Gouged Wheels, Says Alignment is not right.
So, I am not sure what to do.
My mother has a 2008 4Runner. She got the vehicle brand new and it was very nice. Anyways, she bought new tires and decided to bring them to Sears to get them mounted and balanced. She got the car back and when she got it home she realised that they had gouged her wheels and that the wheels are out of balance. When she scheduled another appt with Sears she told them and, now they are accusing her of having a car that is out of alignment which is causing the shaking of the wheel while she drives. They are still denying the fact that they gouged her wheels. (18" 4Runner Limited Alloy's) What should I advise her to do? Thanks
