Quick exhaust question.

Is this section 2 stock.
I know it has euro section 1 with euro cats. AP headers and topspeed muffler.
But while inspection my subframe and diff, yes I see the leak by the seals.
I noticed that section 2 doesn't look very stock to my rookie eyes.

Is it?
