I'm sure, but then again, OP thinks it is possible to get some sort of 22" wheel for $45. I'm just trying to understand if maybe he's not targeting the wigger crowd and we're all off base....highly unlikely though 
In any case, this seems like an idea that he had for 3 minutes whilst pushing out a deuce and posted up a thread to start contacting wheel manufacturers. I would love to be patched into that call when he makes the request.
