From my own personal experience, legs are the worst (when you start training / take a break). They will get sore for almost a week it seems, and you can't go up/down stairs, take a sh*t, everything is difficult.

Keep at it and you'll notice the soreness will subside and you'll be able to deal with it within a day or two. Makes you never want to take a break haha

I run before work everyday. I feel much better getting the blood pumping early.

Day or night shift now? If day shift I'd go after. If night if go before. Just my personal preference.

man i never go on this site anymore to update you guys. anyways...

been going to the gym at night. works better for me and my sleep schedule now. i might start going in the morning on fridays though since i usually go out fri-sat night. ordered casein, weight gainer protein, and hydro protein from bodybuilding.com. been going hard lately cuz i took almost a month off from traveling and getting settled back into work. doing all my maxes this week, so i have a baseline for my goals. gonna start hitting the gym really hard these next 8-10weeks. i will post progress pics when i can.
