Got it. With braking two plastic clips
But I installed carbon fiber back parts instead of regular black cover!!! )))

Just for reference, the parts are now even more expensive:

EcsTuning has the bottom and back OEM seat covers listed at $550 and $600 respectively.

for future reference:

The buttons can stay, no need to remove them. The plastic trim and the control buttons are 2 separate parts.

Now to remove that Plastic surround part, there are four attachment points. The 2 on the bottom you can easily see. Now the 2 in between the side of the seat cushion and the back of the plastic trim you can't see right away. you can squish the seat cushion enough and use a flash light to see the small tab that you press down on. Once those 4 tabs/clips are undone it can slide off.
