I don't do chins often, but weighted pull-ups is one of my strongest exercises... 160x3
Weighted dips I save for the end of my workout, but still rep out 120x5-8 depending on how I'm feeling.

We should call you guys El Diablos.
I'm only 185 lbs., so I don't weigh significantly more than you do. Remain proud of yourself! I see people in the gym ALL DAY LONG who can barely muster 5-10 pull-ups with their own body weight without significantly cheating their way up.

F@ck that! Now I have a separate goal to reach. I'm chasing BMW's and Glight's barbarian-esque strength numbers and I'm now chasing your gawd damn pull-up numbers.

F@ck yesssss! I loveeeee having something to chase. It's probably why I love my job so much.

Dead lifts tax your grip, so I'm sure that you could muster more. You did a good job though man.

Sub'bing for lower-tier comraderie. I don't actually do weighted pull-ups but maybe I will start adding them in.

That's what I do when the bigger-than-me guys post numbers/videos. It just fuels my workouts though. If it weren't for them, I probably wouldn't push myself as hard.

If you hadn't yelled at me, I would be cutting right now. So thanks. I've had a legitimately PERFECT week eating/working out wise so far (for what I set to do), and I credit this forum for that. Haven't been this motivated in a very long time, will be staying very active posting wise to keep it consistent.

I love this forum. It's helped me so much and I feel guilty as hell if I miss workouts or slack a bit. It's such an awesome hobby to have.

I always had strong pull up numbers, even in like Elementary school. (still hold a couple records haha)
Tried the weighted pullups yesterday. 30lbs X 10 reps was much harder than I expected.. I typically do 35 or 40 lbs with dips and about 10-15 reps.

I doubt that the weight belt at my gym could handle 3 plates. I feel like it's a struggle for it to hold 60 lbs. LOL!

Today was a chest/triceps day for me. This was my last lift of the day before my cardio

Weighted dips with a slight tilt to try and target lower chest until parallel:

45lbs x 9
45lbs x 8
45lbs x 10

My Ride: IR M3 Vert.
Dibs I usually put a 45lbs plate in my lap.
For hanging dips I do a lil less. Like 20lbs or so.
Pull ups I used to do. 3x10 w/ 45lbs. Repeat with 35,25,15
Doubt I can do any of those reps now. I haven't been in the gym In months. Just getting back to it and only on weekends.
