Thanks guys, hoping to make more progress in the coming months. I still don't feel like I'm moving the weights I should at my body weight. I still have a lot of frame to fill in.

It's been a great 2013 thus far! Deadlifted 500lbs around the 1st week of January, benched 340lbs with ease about 2 weeks ago, and set a box squat pr of 435lbs. The box squat pr was the most exciting for me. It's the most weight I've ever had on my back, and my box squat is usually 60-80lbs lighter than my regular squat. Next week, I start free squatting again. I'm hoping to somewhere between 450-500lbs in the next 6-8 weeks, and pull around 600lbs. I just gotta remain injury free. Body weight peaked at 205lbs, and has stabilized at 202lbs. It's probably about time for a progress pic, but I really don't think I look that different even with all the weight gain. I also have some new motivation. July 13th there is a strongman show I will be signing up for. I really want to keep this log going consistently until then.
Cliffs: -Weight is ~202lbs -New Gym Total of 1,245 405/340/500 -Signing up for a NAS Strongman Show for July 13th in Clearwater, FL.

I took a much needed forum break. I got really agitated with people on a different BMW forum, and decided I should just give it a break for awhile. I'm back though, and you guys should see some good stuff in the coming weeks.

My shoulder press has been a little weak lately, so I figured I would work dumbbells just to try to jump start the gains. Overall nothing crazy today.

I'll try to get some this weekend. I didn't work out Wednesday or Thursday. Probably wont make it to the gym tonigh either, but I'm going to try. Saturday is an event training day. I'll try to have some pics or video taken.

I'm pretty pissed. When to do some event training today and none of the other guys showed up. No call, email or anything. I don't have a key for the storage unit to use the equipment, so couldn't do anything. So I decided to do a little shoulder workout in the garage, and snapped some pics as well.

Basically a see food diet made up of mostly McDonald's, lots of fried food, and a gallons beer. This year I'm trying to clean up the diet a little. It's just hard to get all the cals I need in healthy food, especially when I eat my 3 meals a day and have no time for snacks in between. Expect to see bigger lifts, and more muscle development in the coming months.
