An episode later, my bad.

Great episode. I loved Dexter's "Oh Sh!t" moment when he was about to kill the arsonist and everything he was saying held true to himself...although a bit convenient, I felt all the conversations he had w/ Hannah and Harry leading up to it allowed it to work.

The next two episode have the possibility for taking this season and the show as a whole to another level. Dexter has had his realization that he kills because of who he is, he will do what he has to do to avoid getting caught. LaGurta is going to get it by the end of the season...her character has far outlived her presence in the book. Deb isn't going to let the Hannah thing go, it will present an ultimatum in the end where Dexter has to choose between the two.

Great episode! I still can't believe that I slept on this show up until this year. I'm sooooo hooked!

What bothers me is about Quinn is that he steals evidence from the evidence room, and everything is hunky dory.

Much of this season requires suspension of disbelief. Entertaining nonetheless.

irked me. For the past two seasons she's driving an e46 convertible, and then when her car is totaled, it turns into an e36 convertible.

Anyone else think Deb mixed the pills in her water herself just to turn Dexter against Hannah? Or did I buy into the tears Hannah cried at the end there? Lol

That is exactly what I was thinking, Deb pulled one over on Dex. Hannah made some great points. Although Im also a big fan of Hannah cause she's smoking hot.

Noticed the car switched and mentioned it to my roommates but they just laughed at me.

I was thinking the same thing. Deb said that because she loves Dexter, she's willing to do whatever it takes to protect him from her. It actually pisses me off that deb played dexter like that.

Same here. She's sooo fine, I want to see her make it.

I hear ya man. That last look Deb gave him after they arrested her looked sketchy.

I thought LaGuerta was going to catch him at the end there.

I'm 99% sure Deb set it up.

From they preview of next weeks finale. Looks like they pull the final string on Dexter and bring him in. The season will end with Dexter and Hannah on the run together setting up for season 8, which I think will be really interesting.

great points that you guys mentioned Deb might have set up the whole thing. I didnt even think of that.

Also, 99% sure the Dexter being arrested was in a dream.

+1 on Deb setting it up. Hannah would have used aconite, or some plant-derived poison.

It really bothers me that Dexter took part in Hannah's arrest. It would have been much safer to make peace with Hannah, and let Miami Metro arrest her later without him. He just set himself and Deb up for trouble.
