When you get your car professionally washed and the cleaners don't know how to operate your seats correctly, making you have to electronically move the seats ALLLLLL the way back to the normal position.

Walking away from car couldn't help but stare back....and I agree with e looking for a manual knob....am disappointed quite regularly. But the autos aren't that bad.

When you're reading E46F on your phone, in a crowd of people, and suddenly burst out in a fit of laughter.
Then you have to explain how this guy had a Buddy with an RX7, and he switched lanes at wot nearly scared the piss out of him, as fast as his other buddies Supra. This guy really liked the car, and he wished they brought them back. etc..

You know you're an E46 fanatic when...
...when you memorize the VIN within first 6 months of ownership, shocking the Service Advisors at service appointments & 10 years later still know it by heart, making online ordering for parts a breeze!!! ~An O.G. Fanatic.
