Does money make you poor?

One can argue that having millions but having cancer, a wife and kids that detest you, and owning a bieber cd are signs of a "poor person".

How much did you overpay your taxes by last year?

From a US perspective, you're probably not a 1%er. From a global perspective, you certainly are.

If you truly believed that it's morally correct for money to be taken from the highest earners and given to the lower earners, you'd have done so yourself already. Just the material possessions show in your sig pic demonstrate you haven't.

You want to impose principles on others that you refuse to voluntarily live by yourself.

Hypocrite.

I pay what I'm supposed to pay. I also give to charities every year.

Furthermore, you won't hear me bltch, moan, or whine like a big sloppy vag when my taxes go up.

Call me a hypocrite if you want. Just don't call me a bltchy republican who thinks he pays too much and is willing to fk up the country to keep more of the money he's made - because he lives in this country.

@ "supposed to pay". If it's so morally correct, do the right thing and give more of your money to the govt or to people with less money than you.

Your life of excess is disgusting. You have far too much money when there are people out there starving, whose kids don't have shoes, and who can't afford their drug habits. Who did you screw over to be able to afford all those fancy German cars?

Sell your Boxster, get a used American car so you still have the utility of transportation, and go down to skid row and split the money up among the homeless.

If you refuse to do that, it just shows that you're a bltchy rich guy who is willing to fk up the country to keep more of the money he's made.

I'll do it if you'll do it.

What's morally incorrect about expecting billionaires to pay the same tax rate their secretaries pay? I don't expect anyone to live a life of poverty - especially not myself. Thanks for the laughs, though.

They do. Capital gains for secretaries is exactly the same as their billionaire bosses. You just refuse to admit it.
