front brake rotors replaced at 41k
battery replaced at 46K
rear brake pads replaced at 50K

Do you know what kind of accident it had in '07 according to the autocheck the dealer posted in your link to the car? It said minor to moderate damage reported. Did you get a PPI done?

That's good. So the accident is still a mystery? Probably won't find out unless you can contact the original owner some how. Check the glove box for records to this. I'd hate to own a car that has this on record, and not knowing what it was. It'll bug me not knowing what it was. Could be something minor, or not.

Do you live in Clarksville? Nice find. I am in Murfreesboro. I have noticed that car before, it has been listed forever! Glad to see they came down on price and it's going to a good home. I have on my third M3 and do most of my own work, but on some stuff I do have a friend who is a BMW master tech do some of the work. Probably already mentioned, did not read the whole thread, but it's gonna need quite a bit of maintenance done right away if that is all that was done in what you listed. You can PM for contact info if you want, and on some of the small stuff I could possible do for cheap if you are not a DIYer yourself.
