This guy seems legit

I hardly have time (actually motivation) to go to the gym.
I feel I'm not getting my money's worth.
This guy gives great tips on exercises that can easily be done at home, with no fancy equipment.
Any opinions?

I'm not interested in that. I'm not a body builder.
Going to the gym for a 1 hour workout ends up costing me 2.5 hours, after shower and all.
I just want to stay in shape with the minimum effort as I go through a busy period in my life.

I was referring to his channel. He posts simple but effective exercises that one can do at home, with a chair, pillow, etc.
I was thinking in just using his series of simple exercises (one for each day), and drop my gym membership all together.

Here's the problem with systems like his....

....he doesn't look the way he does because of those "home exercises". His physique is an "I toss iron around" physique. If you think you're going to get significant gains from what he's doing in that video you're sadly mistaken. I guess that's the beauty of marketing.

You're looking for an easy way to a nice physique with minimal amount of work. There is no easy way!

Exactly. It's like those AXE commercials. Girls don't just come running at you when you spray yourself with it. In fact, it ends up being quite the opposite.

I can't even watch him. I got to 1:26 and just had to stop the video. The worst part about his marketing is that his physique sells the bullsh|t to people who don't know any better.

He's pretty legit. I've watched some of his stuff and he puts out some good stuff.
