How many jobs/careers have you had in the military "flash"? If the answer is anything less than 1, then you still have zero experience in the military and thus are "qualified" to discuss exactly zero career paths in the military. Is that really too hard of a concept for you to grasp? Leave the thread for those who have actually volunteered and were accepted by the military to serve this country please.

you are right. I am sorry. SInkard probably doesn't have a Top Secret Clearance. At the most, he will have an interim just so he can go to his EOD training.

If he did, he's probably smart enough not to advertise that on here. Secondly, you can't talk period unless you're in a SCIF and his credentials have been verified by the security office. They verify credentials, and give you the green light. You don't take that upon yourself, unless of course, you are indeed a SSO/FSO, etc.

Eh, all you really have to do is jump on JPAS with an SSN to verify a clearance.

true, but that assumes one has an account. Generally, accounts are usually granted for those that are SSOs.FSOs, etc.

no. You don't have to view credential in a SCIF. your security clearance can be display on a security ID access card (not the military ID card). actually, it is common practice to question people w/o their security access card. all it takes is a simple question, "can I verify your security acess since this place requires X securtiy level."

you are not supposed to take someones word that they have a clearance or not. It has to be verified.
