Have you got issue with alufelgen rim?

I order cs7 only one rear rim for extra.
But when I open the box show me the rim like this with a scar..
I sent email with some picture to alufelgen email me "this scar by FedEx shipping damage" and "we can instruct you on how to open a FedEx claim".
Is it make sense??
I don't think the scar made from shipping damage.
I bought cs7rims directly from alufelgen company it wasn't second web site.
I still wait for their action over one week.
