Wish I was that excited to squat.. I'm hoping once I can put up some bigger numbers it'll become more desirable and motivating to me.

Pick somebody here who motivates you, then chase them. That's what I did (..although my squat numbers have always been strong though).

Damn, I just love Dana's physique, and I just wanna work my legs even worse now.

Another observation. He is so damn top heavy that his lunges just lacked ROM and he looked awkward. I thought he was going to topple over at one point.

I will always despise squatting I believe, the more weight I move the more I hate it.

You hate it so much that you love it. Just admit it!

I'm feeling real weak as of late. Took a week off, got a little under the weather with a cold, and then got hammered this past Fri. night and couldn't bring myself to work out Saturday/Sunday (was my first time drinking a LOT in a long time and had essentially a 36 hour hangover).

Need to kill it today in the gym.. have eaten a ton of clean food today so it's looking good so far.

You need to take this out of your vocabulary and eat like Steve is.

Well as I've stated before, I'm hunting you down on them deadlifts

But as far as squatting is concerned I'm still trying to improve my form a bit. I think it might be part of whats holding me back (and I need to get to a damn gym that'll allow me to squat with something other than a Smith machine)

You're chasing me while I'm chasing them. It's the cat & mouse that keeps us motivated.

Do you have any videos of your form?
