im allergic to peanuts since birth, never tasted peanut butter, any chocolate with peanuts, etc. Don't know what I'm missing so don't care... would be way worse if it came on later in life!

I hate ketchup because it doesn't ADD flavour, it DOMINATES the flavour of the dish... I would only use it if I was eating something bland.

Bacon + PB = excellent

Sounds weird, tastes delicious. Try it on a wheat english muffin or wheat toast, or some such.

Yeah I don't know why I put half a cup lol I was a little slow from work. definitely not that much. I usually put like an 1/8 of a cup in an 8 oz container with three scoops of the protein mixture.

Peanut butter and jelly with chocolate milk is comfort food level: wizard.

The only other thing I can think of up there is mashed potatoes with Mac and cheese.

I've never experienced any appreciable gains from whey protein drinks (..causing me to believe that it's a waste of money for me), so I'm wondering if I will fare better with chocolate milk. Protein isn't going to be a miraculous miracle difference. Soreness doesn't have an exact correlation to how good your workout was.

I know that as I'm rarely sore, but my gains have been more than considerable. In the situation that I was referring to, the onset of soreness was apparent (..akin to the first time that I ever seriously dead lifted), but it never actually set in. It just made me curious, that's all!
